Course Description

Equipping Food Services managers with data analytics skills is essential to make better business decisions and optimise operations. 

 

In this 2-day course, learn how to interpret data from various sources, including balance sheet, P&L statement, POS, etc., to better manage the levers of labour and inventory management as cost controls in driving operational profitability.

  • Analysis of labour and inventory management in relation to overall revenue and profitability of operations.
  • Create better SOP for operations and sales tracking based on predictive analysis.
