Course Description

Effective leadership, communication and problem solving skills are critical for Food Services managers in building high-performance teams. 

 

In this 2-day course, learn how to generate clear and understandable team goals, identify productivity indicators, and apply strategies needed to close performance gaps. You will also be equipped with tools for decision-making, providing constructive feedback and complex problem-solving in a F&B setting.
