Course Description

Equipping Food Services managers with data analytics skills is essential to make better business decisions and optimise operations. 

 

In this 2-day course, learn how to interpret data from various sources, including balance sheet, P&L statement, POS, etc., to better understand overall marketing to drive top-line revenue, and the overall mix in driving your operational profitability.
